Simultaneous Interpretation Camp

I’m going to introduce Simultaneous interpretation camp.
Do you know Simultaneous interpretation? It means to listen what wards are saying in English, and to translate it into another language at the same time.

Then, I’m gong to talk about outline of this camp. In this camp, people who belong to the Department of British and American studies participate. Almost all the people who participate in this camp want to be a simultaneous interpreter or to improve their English skill.

Next, I’m going to talk about the purpose of this camp. The main object is to master how to interpretation and how to make notes. Moreover, they are expected to deepen their understanding of politics, economy, and social problem of Japan and America. Of course, they are also expected to get along each other. After this camp, they must be interested in the Simultaneous interpretation and American culture more.

Difference of traffic rules between Japan and America.

The biggest difference is, as you know, which side you should drive. In america, the driver must drive on the right side, while in Japan; the driver must drive on the left side. If you mistake, a terrible accident will happen.

Next, in America, the driver needn't stop or reduce the speed of car before crossing the railroad tracks, while in Japan; the driver must stop and look both ways before the railroad tracks not to hit othe cars or person.

There are big differences between America and Japan so we have to search and know them before we go abroad.

Hello! I’ll talk about the highlight of the Versailles Palace.

First, I’ll review its beautiful garden. It was made by Andre Le Notre who was a garden designer in France. 36,000 people were pressed into service to complete it. It is very famous for a beautiful fountain.
Second, I’ll review the mirrored room. It is a beautiful room that its wall is made of so many mirrors. About 600 mirrors are used and the total length of it is about 75 m. In there, the enthronement ceremony of Wilhelm I was held, and the Treaty of Versailles was concluded.
It is very beautiful and historical building. If you visit there, you must be impressed with its beauty. Thank you!
